Nutrient and vitamin deficiency, the trap of new foods.

France 2 looks at the low vitamin content of certain foods that provide us with large amounts of carbohydrates and fats. This implies a double problem, the risk of obesity is multiplied and the risk of deficiency is greatly increased while we think we eat well.
